Please, some conjecture on what is to be done.
Tt just might do something you like, and if you forecast something, anything, positive or negative, we will have something to compare to next march or june.
Unfortunately, repeating the past over and over does nothing but frustrate you.
Youre running the business guys, tell the rest of us what you would do, not what we did.
Weve already told you why we did what we did.
With ted thompson, we have a guy that almost exclusively will only build through the draft, occasionally bringing in street fas and the team seems to be stuck as a perenial midlevel team.
What i would do is hire a gm who will use all resources available to construct the team.
Build through the draft and supplement with quality fas.
I dont have the resources or paycheck to make that decision.
What i do know from what i see on sundays is that the current regieme isnt getting it done.
Ive stated before that i dont want a medicore team that can peak at the right time.
I want a dominating team that can make the playoffs on a continuous basis with a real shot at the superbowl.
Larry what would you do?
How long does tt get in your eyes to build a championship team?
Or, has he already done that and the coach cant put it together?
If thats the case, who would you like to see as the coach?
Im not trying to attack you or anything, just wondering how you would do it?

I dont expect names since there are so many factors that go into the mix.
I sit tight the rest of the year and see how mccarthy reacts.
Ill admit i dont think he has done anything yet.
The injuries are piling up again, and my theory on that is simple; when youre not alert and giving your all bad things happen.
Im convinced, even tho theyre kids its a lack of focus.

Well all regroup and start over.
Alot of coaches can do the xs and os but the good ones win!
Im a little confused at mms mildmanneredness.
I think everyone expected better and for him to be so blah, i think the team has become blah.
The team tends to take on the personality of the coach, i think.
I dont think mm has the ability to give the team a spark, so the team is going to have to win a big one here and get their own spark started.
Cowhler is who id go after.
He wants the gm spot also is what ive heard, so id give it to him but under the stipulation that he has an assistant gm to cut the workload way down so he can concentrate on coaching also.
Ive seen a few games where the spit is just flying from his mouth as he addimently argued or hollered about something!
Not sure ive seen mm even raise his voice yet?
And we all know how important momentum and confidence is in the nfl.
Maybe this is the year i can flush these three assholes out of my packer life!
